Our founding inspiration

The journey of Relate To Create Independent Living began with a profound observation. Working in a nursing facility's on a therapy floor, I frequently witnessed a heartbreaking situation: many individuals after completing their treatment had no home to return to. While Social workers and Case Mangers diligently assist with Medicaid and income establishment, finding affordable housing remained a significant challenge due to insufficient income for independent apartment rentals.

Having a background in real estate, I recognized an opportunity to make a tangible difference, when I acquired a particular house. It immediately struck me as the perfect fit to address this pressing need.  My  personal experience fueled the creation of Relate To Create Independent Living , driven by a desire to provide a much needed solution for those striving for independence . 

Our newly renovated properties are designed to ensure residents feels secure and valued , offering a refreshing alternative to standard housing options. We prioritize creating a supportive atmosphere where individuals can rebuild and thrive!

Our independent living solutions

A shared living program based in Cleland ,Ohio. Our mission is to provide shared living housing to those in need of housing in a caring and safe environment. Our goal is to see our residents thrive in everyday  living environments at an affordable cost.

We house a variety of consumers: Veterans, Independent Seniors, Homeless or displaced individuals, Adults with income needing affordable housing, Returning Citizens.

We provide: Private or shared room options with full kitchen access and shared bathroom.                                                                                                                          Drug and Alcohol free environment .
